Automatic Delivery
You don’t have to remember to schedule a propane delivery, because we’ll track your use for you. Our inventory tracking system allows us to track historical and current weather conditions as well as monitor propane usage in your tank to determine when a delivery is needed.
With our Automatic Delivery Service, we watch your propane tank to fill it up when it’s
time. This reduces the possibility of an undesirable out-of-gas situation.
There’s no need to call us or watch your tank! We will fill your tank when we deliver to your area to keep your tank full!
When to call us: We ask that you notify us if there has been a change in your home that increases your usage, such as the birth of a child or the addition of a family member, such as an elderly parent, so that our automated routing system information is accurate.
ProPay: Our Monthly Budget Payment Plan
More than half your annual heating expenses occur during the coldest winter months. If you pay for propane as you go, the winter months could result in payments that put a strain on your family budget. Our ProPay plan simplifies paying by spreading out your heating costs equally throughout the year. We determine the amount by dividing the total cost of your propane consumption from last year and then estimating the price of propane for the coming season.
Of course, adjustments to this method may be required because of fluctuating propane costs, changing weather patterns and changes to your household (room additions, more propane appliances, etc.).
There is no enrollment fee, and no finance charge for accounts that remain in good standing.
ProTection: Price Protection Programs
We offer two programs to guarantee your propane price against increased costs during the winter months. You pay a fixed price for propane during the term of your agreement for the number of gallons you have agreed to purchase. Any additional gallons needed above the pre-bought amount will be billed at the prevailing rate at the time of delivery.
ProTect 1 — lock in a price and prepay the full amount up front.
ProTect 2 — lock in a guaranteed price and pay monthly.

This program allows you to make secure payments with the credit card you have on file with us. We accept Visa, Mastercard, the Discover Card and American Express.
